Shrinik Tec is a service unit belonging to Billu Enterprise.
First of all it is important to say that our app is not a government app or none of our employees is a government employee or we do not represent the government. We only help the common people to get various services from government portal.
The first step in our system of action - our team is divided into two sections, the first section that we call 'Shop Owner' in our Technical Term. They create a profile themselves, when creating a profile, we take that Shop Owner's name, mobile number, email id, DOB, address and some identity cards such as Driving License as address proof, Voter Card as identity proof. This identity card and basic details require because we first want to verify the identity of this person.
When an ordinary person wants to get a service, the 'SHOP OWNER' creates a Service request with his/her name, mobile number and required documents of that the person and submits it after the final verification.
The second step in our system of action - our second section is 'SERVICE PROVIDER' (in our technical name).
This 'SERVICE PROVIDER' in the same way is registered with some personal information and documents. They can see the details of Service request submitted by 'SHOP OWNER' and download all the necessary documents.
In the government portal where the service is available, the 'SERVICE PROVIDER' is fill-up the form with the required documents on this portal.
When the service request is completed by the government portal, The certificate or acknowledgment received from the government portal is uploaded by the 'SERVICE PROVIDER' on its own portal. Then the uploaded certificate or acknowledgment is downloaded by the 'SHOP OWNER' and given to the customer. Then the service request is closed automatically.
Service Charge - We take a little service charge from the Customer for our service that payments through the Payment Gateway in the 'SHOP OWNER' portal.
Note - Only the services that are available from the online portal are given in the 'SHOP OWNER' portal.
Security - Once the service request closed, service request related information is deleted after 15 days automatically, and none of the infomation is shared with 3rd party.
Billu Enterprise built the Shrinik Tec app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Billu Enterprise at no cost and is intended for use as is.
